Today we will prepare an easy and quick wheat flour ladoo (Godhi ladoo). Not many ingredients are required to prepare the ladoo. A healthy sweet dish melts in your mouth when you eat.
Check step by step method to prepare it.
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
Once the ghee is heated, add the cashews(cut in small pieces) and fry until cashews turn into golden colour.
Transfer the cashews to a bowl and keep them aside.
To the same pan, add 3 tbsp of ghee and 2 cups of wheat flour.
Fry the wheat flour on low flame until it changes its colour to light brown & till the raw smell goes off.
Once it is roasted, transfer the wheat flour to the big bowl.
To this add 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, 2 tsp of cardamom powder, and fried cashews. Mix well.
(For powdered sugar, you can grind sugar in a mixer along with cardamom and add it to this)
Make a small-sized ladoo when it is warm.
If you are not able to make the ladoo, then add a little more melted ghee and mix it.
Godhi unde/churmunde is ready to serve.
You can store it in an airtight container when made in large quantities.
